The spacious and modern room, friendly staff, and comfortable beds made my trip enjoyable. Despite some minor issues with the shuttle and noise, the convenient location near the Lincoln Tunnel and easy access to Manhattan made up for it all.

The breakfast was yummy! LOVED the comfy beds. Can't wait to go back, better than the photos captured.

We appreciated every detail about our great 8 nights stay here. The staff was polite & courteous. Magnificent location near restaurants and shops and updated room, besides we had a nice view. Also, it was short way from Dollar Tree.

The room at Best Western was huge with comfy beds and clean amenities. The staff was quick to help, and the breakfast was decent. However, the shuttle service was unreliable and had limited hours. Although we had to take an expensive Uber, the hotel's cleanliness and size made up for it.

Getting to the location was a bit tricky, and there aren't many dining options nearby. It'd be cool to have mirrors in the parking garage for better visibility.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from having a kids' play area or activity room to keep the little ones occupied during downtime.

Simply adored the convenience here! Arrived late and famished, enjoyed a delicious egg dish, piled on waffles, and took the shuttle to the Big Apple at dawn. The sofa-bed was a lifesaver, allowing room for my impromptu night owl friend from Berlin. Squeezed in shopping at the thrift store next door, and laughed as I navigated the pancake maker. A morning dip in the pool before flying out was the cherry on top. Cheers to pancake mornings and unexpected Berliner visits!

I chose this hotel for a corporate offsite because of its excellent event facilities and 24-hour business center. The room was comfortable, and the staff provided top-notch service. The shuttle service to Manhattan was convenient and affordable, making it easy to access the city for work meetings.

The one service that I missed for my work was having a dedicated and quiet meeting room within the hotel premises for private discussions and calls.

We hit up Nickelodeon Universe Theme Park and checked out some sick attractions around the area. The room was comfy and clean, and the staff was chill. Plus, free parking was clutch for our ride.

If there was a lit hangout spot or club within walking distance, it would be even more lit for us party-goers.

the room and bathroom were incredibly spacious, with a large bed and a great shower for two people. the staff was very friendly, and some of them even spoke Spanish. We also appreciated the fact that parking was included, and the room amenities, such as the mini fridge, cafeteria, and microwave, made our stay even more convenient. the TV had cable channels, and the WIFI worked perfectly, allowing us to work remotely with no issues. the view from our room was nice, and we appreciated the comfortable thermostat during the cold weather. the hotel also had a laundry room , which was a great bonus, and we noticed they had a heated pool, although we didn't get a chance to use it. the location was also convenient, as there was a bus stop nearby that took us to Manhattan, and it was also close to the Lincoln Tunnel, making it easy for us to travel to Newark and the I95.

We had a great time at this hotel in the NYC area. It’s located in an industrial neighborhood but not too far from Port Authority bus terminal to go to New York City. The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Anna Rodriguez who did an excellent job cleaning our room. Breakfast wasn't the best but still had many options. We loved the spacious rooms and convenient location.
